Hey guys

I have started today with my 'Custom made DJ Diet'

My goal is to get leaner. So i would like to share my progress with everyone. I have included some starting pics and stats. Will update as i go along.

Age: 26
Height: 185cm
Weight: 90,1kg
Bodyfat: 16,7%
Fat-free-mass: 75kg

These are taken with the Biospace mashine. Do not know how accurate, but i will keep on using it to track progress.

ps. this is a gear-free cycle!

Am going to have to go with acidkid on this one. Just dont drop the soap guys it could be a painfull experience LOL. In the last pic there is something blue on the table it looks like a dildo or butt plug WTF is that dude.

Guys, i have measured yesterday...

Fat free mass went up with 0,2kg! Six pack already starting to show, people noticing a difference already! Pants seems bigger! Haha.

ok guys just an update of Tremere's transformation,

when he started with me he 92kgs at 16% body fat, he has now managed to get to a weight of 87kgs but at 8% body fat! the first measurement was done with one of those digital scales and the second with calipers so the 2nd one is probably the more accurate 1,but basically he has traded fat for muscle,essentially dropping 10kgs of fat and improving with 5kgs of muscle...

nope,its called proper training,high protein diet and decent rest periods...its almost like he was a beginner starting out and shocked the body,i mean the diet he was on before was ummmm not the greatest and to increase calories just from proteins alone would've had him gain muscle mass...he is having around 2900-3000 calories a day which is enough to give him decent lean muscle growth,and as u all know,the more muscle u have the more fat u burn....

yup,we are gonna now move over to focusing on putting on decent quality muscle as at 6ft2 he needs to hold alot more muscle mass... he needs to get that muscle up to at least 90-95kgs for him to look really good and inshape..but big things to come
