Recently I was told that one can eat a lot of carbs every 18th meal, during off-season, and this will help gain lean muscle without adding extra fat to ones physique.
At the moment my diet's nutritional value is equal to +- 375gprotein, 170gcarbs and 50gfats. Carbs are cut out of my last 2meals, that is why they are not high.
Now my question is if I eat something super high in carbs, like a pizza, every 18th meal will this promote fat gain in the long term?
I would really appreciate to hear from people who have tried this.
