Ah thanks for the feedback and some sample diets. Okay so add in more water up to 3 litres a day and replace the meat with lamb. Batista I am wanting to bulk, i tried eating at 2800calories and that didnt have an effect.

Dirkgreef thats a great planner thanks, has all the info and stats on there that one needs.

Meal times are:

Pre workout 6h00
post workout 7h30 (i dont train more than an hour)
Meal one@ 8h00
Meal two@ 10h00
Meal three@ 12h30
Meal four@ 15h00
Meal five@ 17h30
Meal six@ 21h00

Of course times might change depending on whats going on in the office, working from home would be so much easier.

ok boys here is a diet that is 2800cals 40/40/20. it doesnt contain your post work out shake.it does cotain a evox MRP but i am sure if u wanna change the MRP for whole food then i am sure u can. your post work out shake will add about 360-400 calories extra to this diet. hope it helps u guys out.i would go for 50grams of simple carbs post work out with 60grams of whey protein, that will give u about 400cals extra so it will make your 3200cals on training days.
