Are the fats in Avo good fats??

My cheat meal, French loaf, 1 kilo of marinated matured sirloin steak, fried onions, 2 fried eggs, mustard, mayo and 1 whole avo... The best sandwich ever. Don;t tell Dj, he'll shit on me because the fat/carb ratio is wrong for a cheat meal....
