Is sprite zero or ice tea lite any bad for you? I mean a can a day???
I'm loving sprite zero lately, on a daily basis. Its only 10kj per can and ice tea lite only 1kj?? but still can't think that it's any good/fattening?

Sprite Zero and Fanta Zero are basically the only drinks you can have while on Keto.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

ja rompel Fanta has a fanta orange Zero it has the best taste of all diet sodas. very nice it also has a black cap!

Goes to show how taste differs.
Coke zero is better than actual Coke!
All the zero's are great and thats all we buy in our house. All that sugar isnt good for the kids.

They use sodium sacarine (ignore spelling) to sweten those drinks. I also only drink coke zero. Lots of debate around the sacarine issue though

hahaha. Agreed. Wil look for some fanta zero..omg that has to be nice. hmmm..

We should maybe all stick to water. Much better than any soda for our bodies..
