Ok, i am using it with clen. My question is this. On the label it says not to use every night or long periods of time. what is the reason for this? Guys that use it also, what side effects is there?

the use of it every night can cause a need for it (dependency on the substance) so rather use it for 1 week every 3rd week...

no sides that i know of but i am sure that google will help u.
