When to spike your insulin levels?

This is quite a grey area for me. When should one naturally spike their insulin levels? Apparently the 2most important times are when one wakes up and after training.

Also, what is best to use to do so? (Banana, glass of grape juice, honey, Vitargo, etc)

Mostly after gym, vitargo and dextrose work well. Some say in the mornings like you mentioned when you wake up to prevent catabolism. If you eat first thing when you wake up then I dont see a need to spike insulin.

how much dextrose is needed for a spike?say u weigh a 100kg,what will be sufficient?

btw, do you guys still spike insulin levels when on a keto diet?

no kelevra u dont,on keto u keep your sugar levels rock bottom.... so no carbs in the keto diet...
