Advice please was created by GSP
So after formally introducing myself to the board I thought id jump right in and ask for some advice from all the knowledgeable members of this site.

Ill start of by listing my stats

Age: 25
Weight: 90kg
Height: 6.1
BF%: 14.8% according to calliper test done about 5 weeks ago
Cycle history: I've ran five cycles in the past three years

Question:

Ok guys, so I am getting married in 8 weeks time and obviously want to look as good as humanly possible for my wedding (and more importantly the honeymoon). due to work commitments and a few months of travelling; I was unable to start my cutting cycle as soon as I wanted and now I feel like I'm running out of time. However as the old cliché goes, there is no use crying over spilt milk. So this is my current diet plan and cycle.

I'm currently running tbol at 60mg/day for 6 weeks along with test cyp at 200mg/week due avoid muscle wasting while i am on a calorie deficient diet and a cardio-intensive workout program. I'm also augmenting the anabolics with some clenbuetrol and T3.

My meal plan is as follow

Meal 1:

100g of cooked oats with cinnamon and one spoon of sugarless peanut butter, 30g whey protein (flavourless)shake mixed with 300ml water

Meal 2:

One slice of low GI whole-wheat bread and 27g of tuna (without any additives) and 300ml water, omega 3-6-9 complex

Meal 3: 200g grilled chicken breast, 1 cup veggies and 1 cup coooked brown basmati rice with omega 3-6-9 complex, 300ml water

Meal4: post workout: 40g Whey protein shake with 10g maltodextrose, 10 grams L-glutamine

Meal5: 200g Chicken breast with one cup veggies, 300ml water

Meal 6: 300g Hake fillet with one cup veggies and Omega 3-6-9 complex, 300ml water

Meal 7: 6 egg whites and 30 grams whey protein shale

Meal 8: caseinate and whey protein blend (30g total)

I do weight training for days a week followed by 40mins on the orbitrek machine.

3X week I do some intense sparring for round 20 mins.

So, after this massive load of info, this is ultimately my issue.

1) Can I drop to say 12%BF without the addition of the clen and t3 as i have found that i have massive muscle cramps throughout the course of the day which leaves me debilitated when I have to hit the gym. I've tried augmenting the clen with some taurine @ 2g/day but even this dosage doesn't prevent the cramps and upping the dosage is a bit problematic as taurine is not the cheapest amino acid out there. also, the night-sweats and insomnia become unbearable at times and leave me listless come the morning. if the addition of "fat burner" is necessary for my goals could I perhaps drop the clen and just run the T3 or is there perhaps some other compound I could run?

2. My diet/exercise regime may seem a bit crude to you vets so is there perhaps any tweaks which you guys could suggest to my plan?

3. ditto for my current anabolic regime, is my test cyp dosage to low or is the 200mg/week sufficient to preserve muscle in addition to the Tbol dosage

Sorry for the long post, but id rather cover all my basis and pre-empt the questions which would have been directed my way. Your guys feedback would be greatly appreciated.

hmmmm your diet lacks quite a bit of carbs other than the first 3 meals, and u are not having enough fats to substitute it, carbs essentially arent the devil,u just need to have them in the right places during the day...

u should up your protien intake to about 300g of protein, seems a bit much but u need it to maintain that muscle mass... tbol and test is fine, maybe double the cyp just to make sure...

take your carb intake for the day and split it into 4, and have carbs : for breakfast, pre and post weight work out and then pre cardio(sparrin) in the evening, how intense is the cardio that you are doing on the orbitrel?

Thanks DJ. Just the type of feedback I was looking for. Yeah I've tried to keep my carb intake really low and other than the basmatic rice was trying to get it purely from veggies. Regarding the orbitrek workout, its really really light, also I hit it right after I've fed my muscles with my post workout shake as I don't want to lose out on that "anabolic window" so to say. But basically I raise the level to around five and keep my watts around the 80 mark for the duration of the workout. Its more to build up a sweat and elevate my heart rate somewhat. the sparring session I have is a bit more intense as I basically hit the bag for 3 minute intervals for about 7 rounds taking a minutes rest in between. Also, i do this in one of those sauna suits which obviously aids in the fat burning process.

Regarding my clen issues DJ, is running the t3 solo perhaps the better idea. I'm not keen on spending 100 bucks on taurine every week as that will basically necessitate a 4g/day taurine supplementation on the clen.

Cheers
