Hello,

If any of you guys could answer the below questions that will be awesome.

1.Im currently on a carb cycling diet, how are my Pre workout meals n Post work out meals effected on non training days, do i keep them the same?

2. Sometimes my high carb day falls on my non training days, will the high carb day be fine on this day?

3.The olive oil that you use to cook your foods, do you count is as part of your macro's?

I'm confused as to why you have pre- and post-workout meals on the days you dont train

Yes that's fine, and its perfect if you train large muscle groups the following day as glycogen is nice and full

3.The olive oil that you use to cook your foods, do you count is as part of your macro's?

yes of course...try not to cook with olive oil at high temperatures though

What would be the suggested temperature for the olive oil?

is cheese good to occasionally throw in on some foods?

www.lmgtfy.com im not sure, check out the link, i think its around 60 degrees. You can throw in cheese if it fits into your macros but keep it limited

Was using my phone earlier, anyways I was very far off, max temp is 191 deg C for extra virgin olive oil. Check out this table on en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smoke_point it has all the max temperatures for all oils
