IF u braai a alot on sunday for the week, how do u store it. Just the fridge or freeze it?jackrabbit1 wrote: 1 week beef - sirloin/rump etc.
1 week pork - Loin chops.
1 week Chicken Breast. Curries mostly.
Beef/Pork with most fat removed. I cut everything off once on the plate.
I braai a shit load on Sunday and that lasts until Friday - entire family. Make Carbs/Veg fresh everyday.
I NEVER get sick of Pork. Many times more tasty then Beef.
And please, like chicke breast, you dont cook it until its dry. Stab it and if the liquid runs clear its done. Normally VERY quickly.
