Fat loss agents was created by botma
Hi there. I want to loose huge amounts of fat and was wondering if straight clen and Yohimbine cycle will help and how would a typical dosage/day and the cycle look like? And is there any brands that will fuck me up?

Thanks

You can take the best of the best fat loss agents but without a diet that will aid in your body fat loss you will be wasting your time, money and damaging your body by overuse of a fat loss agent to achieve the result you hope to get. I'm at 30% body fat so I also would like to lose lots of fat and put on that muscle but if you spend time reading this forum you will learn that fat loss is not an overnight miracle. Big props to the people on this forum as they have given me knowledge I would never have found elsewhere.

I'm open for correction but I think a Keto-diet + full body workout 4 days a week + optional (Clen/T3/Betasleep) cycle could give you good fat loss. The main element in it all is acknowledgment that a contributing factor is your current lifestyle which was wrong and the determination to change it for the better!

Keto Diet would be a good start yes, plus u only really need to consider fat burners when fat loss stops or slows down too much.

Botma, I was just going through old threads and you wanted to do roids there also, but not go through all the steps of research and and.
Do u just want to do roids? Read some older threads, without a proper diet u wont get anywhere

Thanks for the help everyone. @molt3n, at first i just wanted to do some roids but never thought of all the other

stuff that really matter in cycles and ext. I had a poor diet and workout plan and didn't even know anything about PCT.

I've spoken to DJ about a diet plan and busy researching side effects and all that stuff.

I haven't use roids yet and I want to make sure I know everything about it if I decide to use it at the end of the day.

Now I know a lot more than before I found this forum and I do know I have still a long way to go before I'm ready to use roids.

Botma, I for one can seriously reccomend the keto diet by DJ, he did mine and I promise you wont be dissapointed. I went from 28% bodyfat to 13% bodyfat and that is without any fat loss agents, just diet and exercise.

You have to do what others wont to achieve what others dont

No, not if you protein/fat calorie intake is correct. I think many people on keto find it quite hard to maintain the high levels of protein and this may cause some muscle loss. There is no diet better for losing a lot a fat quickly than a keto-diet IMO, it is just the difficulty getting into ketosis and maintaining a level of ketosis that causes many people to shy away from it.
