i know of a poultry factory shop near harties. r30 per kg fillets

I buy deboned, deskined chicken breast fillets for R19/kg. Very good quality - only thing is you have to buy 10kg. "Supreme Disributors"

Tuna's a no-no, the price per kg is thrice that of chicken for a similar amount of protein/kg

not no no.i travel a lot,so do get caught out without meat.then i can just take a can of tuna out of my emergency supply

You live in durban bru, what you doing wasting your time with chicken when you can get shark just off the shore, you just have to catch it. I'd do it personally but thankfully for the shark its not Halaal :laugh:

Pick and pay in Centurion mall, pack of x4 tuna cans, but they not that big, for me its just the right size. You should get them at any Pick and Pay

Are you referring to Hartbesspoort?
I work near there, what is the place called?
Do you have an address?
What the price of chicken breast currently? Is it good quality?

I've been paying R53/kg for breasts from PnP.
I heard of a brand called Rocklands from another thread that are selling at about R30/kg too.

PnP are having a sale on Tuna R6.99/can (170g - 119g drained mass). The sale ends tomorrow!!!
I bought 150 cans.......you should have seen the looks on the peoples faces lol.

Bru these threads you are reviving are two years old. Prices have gone up since then and some of these members haven't been on in a while. R53/kg is unfortunately quite common these days.
