Hey guys, as I mentioned I'm a beginner.
I've been excersizing for a month now and have seen some solid gains. But I know it will be getting harder in the future. I want to get into a good dieting routine so its easier in the future. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
At the moment I don't really care about not having a sixpack, just want to make proper use of the gains i'm getting as a beginner.
*EDIT after reading DJ's stickys I realized I need my body fat % etc. Lots of calculating for me this week...
