What Sting said + you are overdoing the creatine IMO, especially at your weight.
Carbs are better to be had in the first half of your day, and before & after training.

Thanks for the feedback String & N3rd.! Taking your feedback in consideration I modified the diet a bit. Is it any better this time?

I am still not to sure what to do with the pre-workout. My thinking was they carbs I get from the oatmeal in meal #1 (5:00AM) would be sufficient for the workout at 6:00AM - it's not that convenient to sit and eat oats in the gym bathrooms while naked old men are parading around you

try get a post workout meal in within an hour or so of your training, thats after the whey shake and so on. Pre try get more carbs in, double your oats dosage maybe..? And what about dinner..? What are your goals with this diet btw. I am no diet expert but ye think it needs a lot of work :)

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

That stuff is actually orsum, it makes the normally bland tuna taste much better! :P

Make sure you get the Crosse & Blackwell one though, I've had a nasty surprise with some of the other brands. :)

Haven't had it in years...awesome with cheese and salami.

Okie, so take out the pasta, put in a better carb source, rice/potato. Then the 7pm meal shift to before bed, and have a solid protein veg meal at 7pm instaed of the cottage cheese and PB. Otherwise it's looking much better than the first plan. Also maybe have eggs with the oats instead of whey and then have whey before gym, you should still have enough glucose in your system from the oats. As for the MRP, do you really really need it? Keep it if you struggle to eat otherwise replace the cals with something else
