Check under "contact us" on top of the page, He is in Hong Kong at the moment, I am also waiting for him to get back to me regarding a diet.

no no,phuket and hong kong... good get away,loads of running around,just good to see the world but it was far from relaxing! haha

Guys please accept my apology for being a bit late with replies on the forum and for diets and stuff,I have no internet at the moment as the telkom exchange got taken out by a drunk driver last week thursday so I have had no internet to reply to mails etc..I will get back to u asap

Has anyone heard from DJ lately? Is perhaps away on holiday? Waiting for a reply via email re. eating/training program. Not sure if there is an email glitch either and I also dont want to keep sending the same mail through over and over.Can be irritating.
