Howsit guys,

just a quik question. After having 5 really low carb days, when I eventually have my cheat meal, i load it up with all potatoes and rice i can find(just to feel human again), the thing is, every single night after my carb-up, I wake up in the middle of the night, dripping with sweat and a slight fever. Its really kak,and want to find out if it is related to the carbs, and if so, why?

churz

ps, currently runnig 40mg var ed and 1mg Adex eod

MMM

to be honest, i get hot flushes over a keto diet on a near daily basis and the night sweats could be from a multitude of things.

Quick question mate, who recommended that your ADEX be run @ 1mg/day. At 0.25/day you can effectively block all estrogen aromatization and 1mg of such an expensive product seems a bit overkill in my opinion.

wazup gsp,

thing is, i fucked up my test levels so much with a kak pct from my last cycle ( tren E,test e, winny) that I now need to block any sign os estrogen possible and try and build up the natural test for the interim. i was depro and no and i mean no sex drive whatsoever.... just trying to fix what i have broken i guess. i learned that one should rather spend more money on a decent pct, than try and act on a kak pct, fo sho

by the way its a 1mg adex tab every other day

peace

Ok, 1mg/eod seems reasonable mate. Id still say u can go on 0.5mg/day as your test levels are not above normal and estrogen yield wont be high. Ever considerd on perhaps dropping the AI and rather running a SERM. While i may be mistaken, i do believe running the Nolvadex as oppossed to adex at this time will aid in returning your natty test levels. Many studies have shown Clomid to be very effective at restoring test levels and also lowering estrogen. I've added such a study in the downloads section.
They used Clomid at 25mg a day.
Do Clomid at 25mg for a month and get levels checked again, and remember its better to go to a doctor that to self diagnose...

yep reinforces the idea that a SERM is much more effective and restoring naturral test levels than an AI

the reason for this is when you load the carbs you boost the thyroid levels in your body, now anyone who has taken t3 for the first time that the sweats from this increased metabolic activity is insane! so its from your body coping with all the carbs and the boost in the metabolism that the boost of carbs gives to your thyroid!

Yeah would also say use a bit of Clomid and it wouldn't hurt to throw in a bit of HCG also. With the price of LP products lately there's on excuse not to do a proper PCT consisting of Clomid, Nolva and HCG
