Ok so i have been on a carb cycling diet for 3 weeks and seen some great results but now i am looking to add some meat on to my frame.
My stats when i started:
Age:22
Weight: 77kg
Height: 1.8m
BF%: 15%
Current:
Age:22
Weight: 75kg
Height: 1.8m
BF%: 12%
I have lost a considerable ammunt of fat as my abs are now visible, which is great:lol: but im looking a tad bit skinny.
My cutting calories was 1940.
Protein: 234g
Carbs: 140g
Fats:42g
This worked out to approximately 50-30-20 ratio.
Now that i decided to bulk so i changed my protein intake to 2g per LBM, this will give me a 40% protein intake. I cannot add more protein due to a budget:( I was thinking to keep my ratio at 40-30-30. I do understand there is no set ratio for bulking and i will need to tweak macro's to best suit me.
Will this ratio and protein intake be adequate to gain muscle and minimal fat? or does anyone know of a method that can be customised for my use.
The diet calories will be: maintenance calories + 500
