oki, hay guys i been trying to organize my diet and sups to help me with the training,b take in mind i am a scholar so cash and all ythat is tight, but i do with what i can.
some stats, im 1.82m 105kgs, bf 19%, ima rugby player and play front row, so i dont want to loss too much weight, just get alot stronger is my main goal
6:00-1 scoop whey
6:45-oats+3 eggs no yolk
9:30-any fruit
12:00-1 tin tuna+salad
3:00-2 hake fillets or chicken breasts+1 slice of bread
5:00-pre workout sup, using jack3d
7:00-2 scoops whey
8:00-pretty much whatever parents cook, but its nothing bad, family generally eats healthy.

pre workout-jack3d(looking for something cheaper though was thinking crea pump or plain caiffen pills?)
whey concentrate+creatine mono i got from basicsups
