nah I'm lean and I have followed your diet 100% with no cheat meals, missing of meals or alcohol as well as HIIT training most days and training on other days and both on some days. it's going well, just not too vascular. will a rise in test(from ZMA) contribute to vascularity or is there something else I must look into to?
shot.

yo guys.
I've just bought myself some SSN cytogaurd but I see it has 98 calories per serving which I think comes from the dextrose of which there is only 6 grams. I plan to take one serving a day and most days I will dilute it in about a litre and drink it throughout the day but will the 6 grams of dextrose have an adverse affect on my efforts to lose fat?

The cals must be coming from somewhere else as well (6g dextrose-24cals)

well then it must be from sucralose because that is in "other ingredients"
it's only amino acids so I am guessing it must be the sucralose.
is this a bad sugar to have while cutting?
thanksss.

Nope won't be from the sucralose either...it's a sweetener so it's kJ values will be super low

The remainder of the cals will come from the Muscle Rejuvenating / Hypertrophy Activating Amino Acid Matrix

18.5g (18 500mg) will give you 74 cals.

So back to your original question about the cytoguard affecting your fat loss...I don't see it as an issue if the majority of the cals are coming from aminoacids (if your cal deficit is large enough).

Thanks Sting :D
I am gonna be taking it post workout from now on so I'm sure the extra cals will benefit me at that time.
I'm gonna drink straight BCAA's throughout the day.
thanks very much.
peace :)

YO DJ or anyone, on non-training days must I cut down my carbs... replace them with fats?
or must I just have a smaller amount of carbs?
thanks
