The cals must be coming from somewhere else as well (6g dextrose-24cals)SuThy wrote: yo guys.
I've just bought myself some SSN cytogaurd but I see it has 98 calories per serving which I think comes from the dextrose of which there is only 6 grams. I plan to take one serving a day and most days I will dilute it in about a litre and drink it throughout the day but will the 6 grams of dextrose have an adverse affect on my efforts to lose fat?

Nope won't be from the sucralose either...it's a sweetener so it's kJ values will be super lowSuThy wrote: well then it must be from sucralose because that is in "other ingredients"
it's only amino acids so I am guessing it must be the sucralose.
is this a bad sugar to have while cutting?
thanksss.

18.5g (18 500mg) will give you 74 cals.
So back to your original question about the cytoguard affecting your fat loss...I don't see it as an issue if the majority of the cals are coming from aminoacids (if your cal deficit is large enough).
