Hi guys and gals
After a long time away I am back. Was away due to depression caused by family members sticking their noses in where they don’t belong.
Back on track now and have to loose the fat that I gained eating all the jolly jammers and doughnuts looking for an answer to my problems.

Please have a look at my diet and see where I am going wrong


Meal 1
60g Oats
43g Whey protein
20g raisins

Meal 2
129g Chicken breast
15g peanut butter

Meal 3
43g Whey protein
15g almonds

Meal 4 – Pre Workout
200g chicken breast
1 banana
100g sweet potato

Meal 5 – Post workout
43g Whey Protein
50 dextrose

Meal 6 - Dinner
150g mince
100g broccoli
1 large egg

Meal 7
43g Whey Protein
15g peanut butter


Protein 297g
Carbs 171g
Fats 57g

Age 34
Weight 98kg
Fat % 30

I have lots of ideas. Trouble is, most of them suck.
