what would be the best pre workout meal for this tme of the morning. i plan on moving my evening sessions to this time as work demands this of me. now to get in a regular pre workout meal, would mean me waking up at around 3:30 am to prepare and possibly eat at 4 am. this isnt practical so i'm looking for some recommendations. is a pre workout insulin spike advised. what i was thinking is to drink 50grams of whey protein mixed with creatine, bcaa and 60 grams of game. then repeat post workout. any ideas or suggestions taking into account that i am a endomorph and whether 2 insulin spikes a day with mess my insulin sensitivity up more and lead to fat gain
