Advice?!

Hallo to all the gym junkies ;)

New to this forum, can you please have a look at my current diet and training program. I only use "normal" sups but I am very eager to try "juice". I am 28, 1.70M, 15% body fat, I use the max ot program and I will be back on the rugby field next year after 4 years off due to knee problems.

I gym from 05H00 to 06H00 in the mornings but in the winter I will gym from 18H00 to 19H00.

Meal 1 @ 04H30
Oats 50gr and pre workout supp

Meal 2 @ 10H00
50gr of whey protein

Meal 3 @ 13H00
200gr chicken or fish or lean mince with x2 cups of veggies.

Meal 4 @ 15H00
50gr of whey protein

Meal 5 @ 19H00
200gr chicken or fish or lean mince with x2 cups of veggies.

Before bed
50gr of whey protein with 15gr of peanut butter.

I have seen some of diets on this forum and I don't know if mine is ok or crap, plz help me out.

yo dude welcome,

first off whats your goal?

with regards to the diet I think you need to add some simple carbs postworkout and add in some healthy fats.

OP how much do you weigh and how long have you been training?

Hi Goat, thanx man

80kg, want to be 100 or 100+ next year December. I am not going to take the rugby to serious next year, want to enjoy it , but 2012 I want to be A MONSTER,hahahahaha. I have been training since January 2010. I have lost about 15kg, I was a fat boy, hahahaha. I do a lot of cardia, jogging in my spare time. Still have a little bit of fat on the lower abs, can't seem to shake it off, but I 'll get there.

No, I dont believe steroids is the answer, I didnt say anything about that. Hard work and dedication is the answer! Yes it can help. I am just asking for advice, that's all.

OP I think what pump's trying to say is that you should wait at least another 2 years before touching juice. Concentrate on getting to 85kg at 8% bf as a natural, just need to touch up on that diet slightly and train hard.
Lift big, eat big and in due time you'll be big

yeah its a very good system, I personally find that my joints take a beating when I do isolation exercises the max ot way. So I use the 8-10 rep range for isolation exercises and the usual 4-6 for compounds. If you dont have such problems dont fix something that aint broke
