Fat loss problems was created by Bloodeyes
Hi everyone

i have a couple of questions regarding fat loss and dieting.
a friend and i went on a bluking cycle a while ago. it was a 10week cycle consisting of deca,d-bols,test-prop. i gained about 12kg in muscle , fat and water. current;y weighing in at 120kg.
i know i have alot of unwanted fat and water around my waist and upper body.
i have tried clen granules and some WASP. i have also tried T3 with the clen and also with the WASP. Shaky hands was about the only effect i got from the clen, the WASP raised my body temp a bit, and no effects on the T3. Was drinking up to 3tabs in the morning and then 3 at night before bedtime. Also tried 3 tabs in the afternoon around 12 instead of the before bedtime.
i havent being doing to much cardio to be honest , and my diet hasnt been all that clean. but the last 3weeks ive tried my best to eat healthy and cut down on carbs. But somehow i am not loosing that unwanted fat around my belly and upper body. i am tired of being overweight and even thinking of loosing all my muscle just to be lean, i dont care anymore.
just want to have that great looking 6pack and be lean and healthy and comfortable.

So any advice please would be much appreciated

Thank you
Kev

start counting calories first of all, then work out what it is to maintain your weight, then cut back by 500cals and add in some cardio... there are quite a few discussions running around this board covering this topic....what type of cardio u do is your choice,as long as u can get that heart rate up then its all good.carry on training heavy just remember that, patience is the key and dont stress if u work at it hard u will get the results u looking for...u didnt put the weight on in a week so it wont come off in a week either so rather aim for steady fat loss over a period of time instead of dropping weight too quickly...

try stay away from empty calorie foods, eat clean foods but dont not enjoy your food,if u wanna add spice to your grilled chicken then do so,u not dieting for comp instead u are dieting for health...

use clean food sources
egg whites,
tuna,
chicken
fillet steak
whey protein
cottage cheese(fat free of course)
sweet potatos
potatos
brocolli
brown rice
low gi bread (not too much now)
use fruit and veg to get your carbs in,they are good for u dude

also them main thing to remember is what u put in is what u gonna get out so the more effort u make the more results u will see but remember keep feeding, never starve yourself...even u if u cut back on the calories a bit and keep training with no cardio u should see some result of your efforts...

dude, why would you want to lose all your muscle and just do cardio...this is where you are lacking. Always remember the more muscle you carry, the quicker you will lose fat.

You have to have a balance between weight training and cardio, too much of either and you will see it. What I suggest is do your cardio in the mornings and then do your weight training in the evenings or vice versa...OR do your weights and then do some cardio afterwards. Remember to have a protein shake between your weights and cardio session. I would suggest Guerilla Cardio of 12 minutes to up your BMR.

If you said that you havent been eating clean and only for the last 3 weeks, how do you expect to lose the fat? Especially the last bit that we all find so difficult to lose.

Also, too many people make the mistake of dropping carbs altogether. This will cause your body to go into starvation mode. So do some carb cycling, 2 days low carb and 3rd day high carb, the next 2 days low etc etc

Send us your diet and we can critique it?

well to be honest dude, i am just sick and tired of being overweight and uncomf with my weight.
i am looking to go down from 120 to at least 100 or even 95kg. My lean muscle mass at this stage is 92kg, so i believe if i can go down to 100 i would look great. its just the damn belly fat that bothers me alot.
about my diet, i eat cereal without sugar like pronutro, then usually during the day i eat one apple and one banana. sometimes i dont eat much more than that, too busy at work on site and dont get around to eating something. Sometimes ill have a sandwidge or snack or maby a bar, e.g. energybar, then usually after work , around 5pm or 6pm i have some steam veg and either chick breats grilled on my george foreman or some canned tuna. thats basicly it. i drink alot of colddrink with water , i think thats also too sweet. but at least its not gas colddrink or coke. hate those.
why did the T3 and clen not really benefit me?
this is strange to me

You need to get that metabolism working, that's why the compounds did not have the desired effect. Eat 6 - 8 times per day to get that metabolism up and burning and then look at chemicals to help. DJ gave a good response and you must do cardio bud

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.
