thanks Kelevra was pretty happy with the results but i am getting my dieting spot on now so i am able to get alot more shredded and dropping water through sodium loading rather than diuretics. currently in bulking phase. want to put on another 6-7 kg of lean mass before i consider competing again.

well done bro, have you got any side shots of legs?you came in tight, but with other photo's we will be able to point out some places you might have room to improve, from the front, back width needs to be added, this comes with pull ups and dead lifts and bent over rows...

thanks DJ will post more now.. .i hear you with back width. . .been working on that really hard lately. doing alot of pullups and bent over single arm rows to isolate the middle and lower quadrant of the lat. i do dead lifts every second week because my friend is proof that it thickens your midsection quite a bit so i keep it to every second week. will post more now. my legs are not much to boast about so please be gentle. . .hehehe

ok back hams and quads, they arent bad but they need a bit more work, outter quad has got a high insertion but thats not a problem really i man look at marius dohne, i would be squatting, leg pressing and doing stiff leg dead lifts and hamstring curls on a monday, and then with back i would have you do walking lunges, and hamstring curls or even 1 legged leg press to help bring out the hamstrings. if you are doing heavy back and chest work you can also shorten your bicep and tricep routine and do 2 exercises and 2 sets for each once a week and then concentrate more on doing bench press, dips, flys etc and pull ups, bent over rows and deads..closer to the show say 12-8 weeks out start adding in more isolation movements to your arms

thanks so much DJ, hehe funny you mention that. . the above is almost exactly what i have integrated into my leg sessions . . .i have now included fst-7 hammy curls right at the end of the session to really get a good pump out of them. . .(great minds think alike) what do you think of fst-7??

Dude, what course did you run prior to the show?

I hit a plateau with tris as well. For 3 weeks On days when i did shoulders, chest & biceps - i decided to superset EVERY exersize with overhead tri extensions. Not real heavy. FOcussed on form rather than weight. It hurt like shit and although the supersetting did fatigue me quicker & compromised the lifts afterwards, after three weeks I came thru it.

The pay off besides breaking thru the plateau? A stronger bench, a stronger shoulder press and stronger tris.

Worth a try...

Just my 2c worth :)

Peace...

will definately give it a go thanks Rowan.yeah this plateau that i have hit with my bi's and tri's is getting annoying. . .i am developing well in all other areas. . .i guess genetically its just one of those hard gainer areas. . .have to work ten times harder on it. . .luckily im a fan of hard work. with regards to the course i was on tren, test prop,t-bol and boldebolin(equi)mild course (8 weeks) and then my PCT which collided with the show which didn't seem to work out too bad.its amazing though. . . the day after the show i felt awesome. . .it felt like i dialled in a day late because the muscle bellies and vascularuty only came out on the sunday. . . . :-(
