Hi Guys

I've been reading the posts for a few months now and I guess it's time that i also ask a question. I thought i'd start with the basics - Diet.

I'm 1.98m tall and weigh about 105kg's.
So i'm quite skinny and struggle to put on some weight.

My diet is as follows:

Meal 1 (6:15): 1/2 Cup of oats mixed with two spoons of peanut butter. And a whey protien shake (46g of protein). The 1/2 cup is the raw oats measured.

Meal2 (10:00): Four slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter and an apple.

Meal3 (13:00): 200g chicken breast with a potatoe and some veggies. The potatoe is sometimes replaced with rice.

Meal4 (17:00): 1/2 cup of muesli with 1/2 cup of fat free yogurt. Plus a whey shake (46g of prtein)

Exercise (19:00)

Post-workout - same size whey protein serving + 30g dextrose and some BCAA's

Meal5 (20:00): Usually 300g red meat or 200g chicken with either a potato, rice or sweet potato.

Meal6 (22:00); Just before bed i take another whey shake and a cup of nuts. (Want to change this to cassein protein).

I stick to this diet mpost of the time and have been doing it for about a month quite rigurously now.
The problem is that I haven't gained anything, so i take it i'm not eating enough.

Can anyone please comment on this and help me with a few suggestions?

Oh, i do weight training 4 times per week with little or no cardio.
