ADVICE FOR WIFE'S DIET PLEASE was created by Captain
hey guys hope all are well. i have a quick question. i have a custom program which i got from DJ for myself. not the food type that i am consuming, would the same food type be fine for a lady to eat and also the same time of day? i am not talking about qty's here since i know there will be a vast difference. we train togeter so activity level very similar. i want to use the BMR calculation multiply by 1.55 for her activity level minus 15% for fat loss to calculate her meal qty's. i just want to work out something that will help a bit as currently her daily calorie intake is below her BMR requirements.
Good advice will be much appreciated. thanks guys.

I would say the best thing to do would be to ask DJ as he designed the diet and he has his own logic behind it.
