Current stats
1.9m, 95kg, 11-12%bf

I'm currently on a diet from DJ and hope to get to 105kg 10%bf in the next couple of months.

Thanks stu and pump. Stu, only been on GH for that time period (started off with 2iu and now on 5iu pd), other than that been diet and training hey, looking forward to DJ's diet changes since im eating almost double what i used to. Thanks DJ, looking forward to posting some pics in a months time.

Pump, arms has been good yes, need to hit the focus more on my lagging chest, shoulders, back and legs hey!

That's great progress for GH only. What GH you using, Kefei or Pharma grade? Is there any reason for not combining it will AAS?

good form dude,by the way,your chest and shoulders are not lacking,its the case u have a wide shoulder girdle thats given u this misconseption! your arms are spot on,the places i see that need work are back and legs... but very very good starting point bud... use you are eating double what u used to,how much more protein and fat are you eating and how much less carbs???? you see you dont need massive carbs to grow :) watch this space...we gonna get u there dude.

Thanks bud! eating about 70g more protein pd, 94g fat and about 100g more carbs. I was of the opinion that fats and carbs are bad when it comes to loosing, but you helped me see the error of those ways. currently on 168g of carbs as you said and feeling great.

been hopping around from pharma to non pharma. was on pharma for the first 2 months @ 2iu and have to say nothing beats it. wish i could stay on it but its darn expensive.

wanted to give GH a try and see where it got me without AAS. will consider doing a test cycle and pct at the end of the year, but not in a rush. get your basics done right and consistent first (diet and train)

Seems to be working for you without so why complicate things. Like you said, a good diet & training are the fundamentals. The rest comes after to supplement it.

I've also been swithing between huma, nordi and kefei. I agree, nothing beats the pharma but it does put a dent into the bank balance.

you have no idea how much the same our Body Composition are!
