Happy new year to all of ya peeps and hope you guys had a great festive season!!!

I know im a bit late but took an extended holiday following my nuptials

Anyways, im back and ready to make 2011 the year that i perfect the body that I have always craved. Just a quick update on my current states following the 8 week CKD diet; dropped from 92 to 84.7ks. BF dropped from 15.7 to 12.6. Waistline from 36 to 33.

Anyways; i have adjusted my diet given that my calorie intake will be less given my new measurements. However, i was wondering if i could do the CKD diet in conjunction with the Max-Ot workout program. I know that to deplete glycogen levels in muscle tissue one would need to high volume training. However, i was wondering if i could lower glycogen levels by doing two days of HITT following by carbups and then revert to Max-OT weight training program for the duration of the week. Was toying around with Max-OT last week and it has made a phenomenal change to my training intensity. Today, i managed to do 6 clean reps of 40kg dumbells on an incline. The last time i was able to acheieve this feat was while i was running some Test E.

Anyways, just wanted to know if any of you guys think that these two systems could be used in unison or whetehr i should revert to high volume training whilst on CKD

Any feedback would be appreciated

Cheers
