Fat Blockers? was created by Koe007
Hi, Just a question are there any thoughts on fat/carb blockers, Ive searched and don't see any previous topics sorry if I have missed it. Do Fat Blockers work, if so do they not prevent absorption of essential vitamins, minerals etc.

Fat blockers have the ability of blocking the body's natural fat absorption process. Fat blockers probably do absorb a great deal of unhealthy fats however it also has an effect on the absorption of good fats such as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Vitamins are also all fat soluble and they are crucial to cardiovascular and orthopedic health.
I would stay away from them and rather concentrate on well-structured diet

Thanks, makes sense there truly is no way around strict dieting, my problem is cravings in the middle of the night, its almost like I sleep walk and Binge hecticly in the middle of the night between 01:00am and 04:00am thought popping a few Fat blockers would help. Any suggestions to stop this habit or control cravings without stimulating me to much that I cannot sleep?

Try taking 20-40 g of casein protein defore you go to bed. I use Evox synergy which contains casein and has a slow release effect during the night. It stays in your body for up to seven hours, providing aminos to your body while you sleep. Should help with cravings during the night.

Maybe try 5-HTP, helps with cravings and helps you sleep better (no sleepwalking to fridge ;) ) No Side effects (unless you are on anti depressants) worth a try.

Dream BIG, one Rep at a time.

Why not have a proper meal then? It will greatly contribute to you growing as usually the body is starved during those hours.
