I just had to post this one.
This is a good friend of mine. I have the utmost respect for him because he went from bunny chow chomping; kfc feasting; couch potato (you get the pic) to ripped in a matter of a few months.
More than that - he did it without the use of steroids. Strict diet, focus in the gym and fat burners.
The pic isnt the clearest, but you get an idea of his achievement when you look at his before photo and compare with the end result.
