Diet plan for Bulking and Rugby. was created by killjoy
Hi,

Attached is a diet plan that i got from a dietician. I dont work so my training i do in the mornings between 8 and 10 depending on what needs to be done. I have also started with rugby practice as well and thats on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Given this meal plan, do you think that i might need to tweek it for rugby practices.
Im also on my third week with testaplex and dianabol10. Seeing a dramatic increase in shoulders and traps.

Would like to know if the meal plan is enough to support the growth that im looking for? Any comments would be greatly appreciated!!

Hmm, that diet is good and healthy. And that is the the job of a dietician. Not everyone wants to become Jay or Ronnie. So getting in all your vitimins and minerals and all the other good effects of some of those foods, it is quite a good all round diet. I don't know what a 'rugby' diet should look like, but if you looking to have good energy and getting in your A/Z's then yes that diet will work.

you're going to get so fat if you follow this diet.
ffs, jellybabies and marshmallows with supper????
PLEASE, contact DJ dude, don't waste your money.
you could achieve such great results with by having a solid meal plan.

agree completely with you suthy. what i just cant understand is how on earth can a qualified dietician recommend this? with all that milk, yogurt, basic sugars and not to mention the timing!? - sweets at night and honey before bed? i think the dietician has the wrong understanding of 'bulking'!

ps. it might just be the same diet john smit uses...? lol;)

@ killjoy, whats your stats and what does your cycle and pct look like?

Looks like a VA diet... same font, its generic they just spin them out and hope the clients know nothing... Sure your dietician wasn't some scrawny oke cruising around in a red shirt? :P

Knew something was up as im on my 4th week already and not bulking as i thought i would...wanted to bulk up by +-10kgs and then cut it from there.

Height:1.83
Weight:96kgs
BF: 17%

I play centre so i wanted to gain and then bring my BF down to about 12%. im using the sticky for my first cycle.

Testaplex c200 600mg/per week
Dianabol 10 40mg daily
Proviron
Clomid 50
Nolvadex20

Havent started on the PCT yet. Dont really have the cash right now to pay for the diet plan from DJ but if im gonna be wasting my money on the juice coz of an incorrect diet then i will make a plan!!

Ok so now im actually upset....you'd think that someone who has a degree or diploma might actually know what they're doing???
