I know you guys dont like USN products, I did manage to loose 9kg's over a 3/4 month period. BUT I didnt eat properly...

too many shakes, not enough whole food,carbs in the wrong place in your diet... personally i like suggest cardio on an empty belly these days.

this is how i would have u structure it...i am not giving exact values either.

cardio 7:30am 30mins HIIT cardio

breakfast : 5 egg whites + 1 full egg + oats
mid morning : hake,veg + olive oil
lunch : salmon + veg(no beans or additional fats as salmon is a fatty fish)
mid afternoon chicken : veg + nuts
pre work out : whey + oats
post work out whey + vitargo
19:00 steak + veg
20:30 : whey + nuts.

Hey DJ

I see you leave out all carbs after pre work out, is this to prevent carbs converting to fat after working out? I have noticed that all international BB do this to.

means there is no spilling over and that all your carbs for the day are used,carbs for breakfast and pre work out fuel your days energy needs and post work out for glycogen reloading...thats all.
