Goodday DJ,
My name is Stephen Ontong. Would it be possible for you to work out a diet for me?
I am a 39 year old male who unfortunatly needs good honest advice about lossing weight through a proper meal plan.
I am Paramedic( advanced life support)and worked in the CapeTown area for the last 18 years and working night shifts just destroyed all of good eating habits. I resently changed jobs and moved on to become a flight Paramedic where the physical requirements are even more demanding due to some of the technical rescue we do on the helicopters.
I am 1.65 meters tall weight 110kg and i think that the medical term to descibe my body type is refered to as a endomorph. Most of my body fat is around the midsetion (BEER GUT) and chest area.I am not sure what all the information you require when working out such complex diet systems, but will elaborate more with regards to your questions.
I would prefer to learn from those more experienced than me as i am totally in experienced with regards to this topic.

My diet is as follows:
Mornings: either small bowl of oats with low fat milk, or veetbix x3 blocks with milk.


At around 09:00
Rooibos tea(sugar and milk added)
provita( wholegrain) with low fat cream cheese. And enough of it to still the hunger pains.

Lunch: chicken salad/ or boiled eggs with provita/ or what ever is avilable at time i.e. health snack

Mid afternoon: Fast grow Anabolic meal replacement shake

Supper: anything that is prepared at home when i get back from work

Pre training: superpump 250/ x2 caps of natural testosterone amplifier and then x2 caps prior to sleeping.

Please bear in mind that this is not a strict diet and meals are interchanged depending how busy i am at work, sometimes meal may be skipped.

When i am off i prefer to train in the mornings, i hit the gym around 06:30.
I do not eat breakfast and only consume my pretraining supplements followed either by a Peanut butter bomb or the Fast grow Anabolic meal replacement shake after training.

whoa ok,needs a lot of work,if u are trying to get rid of the beer gut,fist thing to go is milk,sugar,provitas,fast grow anabolic.... those are not good for anyone...
