Weighing 78kgs and looking to break through it..
Can anyone help me on constructing a whole new diet that will help me reach my year end goal of 85kgs..

bro there are some things i have written up on the forum,
www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/dieting...on/56925-dieting-101 is the one i would suggest u read first,this will give u the basic understanding of creating your own diet,if u need me to create a custom diet that gets changed and adjusted to your goals then u can contact me on the contact us page at the top of the forum but i do charge for custom diets. why dont u list your current diet for us to see,training aswell and we can look at helping u interms of adjusting what u are doing now...

Ey DJ..
Thanx a lot will have a look..

My diet:
7am: whey shake
9am: 4 egg whites..1 whole egg..multi vit.
11am: whey shake
12am: 160g lean mince and 1/2 cup rice
2pm: 160g chck breast and cup rice..fish oil
4pm: train (pre supps: jack3dn post whey and glutamine)
7pm: 200g sirloin and green salad..
I work shifts so my diet I adjust around that..my friend gave this to me and thought mayb shud try it..jst wanted to knw if it any gud or shud make my own..

Training:
Monday: chest,trid
Tuesday.back,bis
Wednesday:legs
Thursday:shoulders
Friday:weak points.
Sat:arms

to be honest its not good at all...
there is a lacking of fats and protein,also there are carbs around the wrong times of the day... also if i may ask how old are u....

and also u are over training, stick to 4 days a week,if you are able to train arms twice a week then u are not training them hard enough to start...
look at doing a 4 days split,2 days on 1 day off,2days on 2days off...

Monday Legs
tuesday shoulders and biceps
wednesday off
thursday Back
friday chest and triceps
saturday sunday off....

if you are training to complete failure with a heavy enough weight u will not be able to recover in time to train that muscle again in the week really...

ok well u need to drop the idea of juicing it for at least the next 2 years,get your nutrition 100% training 100% and u will grow,then at the age of 23 look at trying steroids....this is the best option for you as u probably havent been training to full potential and definantly not eating right so u are looking for a quick fix...learn to eat first before going on to the idea of steroids.
