Read something very interesting regarding blood types and how they react to food. For instance if you are a Blood Type B you can not eat chicken, corn, wheat, peanuts, bran as this does not digest and it contains a protein named Lectin (lichten) as blood type B is unable to digest this, as licten attacks red blood cells in type B witch cause chronic fatigue syndrome and auto immune disorders and weight gain(fat not muscle) and also read that type O's are energized by exercise and do well if they train in the mornings whereas type B's are tired if training early in the mornings. Aslo type B is the only type that can properly digest dairy products.

Load of crap.. sorry haha... I am O and if i train in the morning, 6-7am odd, which i do mon, tues, wed i am shattered for the whole day.. Never really agreed with any of the blood group dieting stuff anyway, but i'm sure someone will come along and give a more knowledgable reply haha

im A+ and apaarently i shoudlnt eat meat, should be doing the vegetarian thing. OMG i wuld die. Veggie pussies. No offense to any vegetarians on this site but as they did that episode on South park wer stan became a vegetarian and he had little pussies form on his body and if he continued,we would have been one big pussy...i am quoting wat the doc said on that episode. !! hahaha

Well I first heard about it from my wife who is a medical student and then went to research it a bit on google. I also think the prob is how it reacts to your body it only says it doesn't react or can not metabolize certain food correctly so it doesn't mean that you don't like meat or chicken etc. just means your body doesn't handle it that well etc.

i think there's quite a lot of info on it, we looked at it in my nutrition course.. the general consensus was like you said, its a load of crap :P

we'll hit the studio and do some DB lunges with those rubber ones, they help grow that one muscle thingy and while you are at it do some star jumps and some of those ridiculous stretches too make me look really cool so i can get more clients :P ha ha....

Lol Goat I think you won't last one decent fitness session you glad to come and try. Come to UJ monday night from 6 and just run with us for a bit. It doesn't held you just stay in the gym and your not fit anyone can go to gym and get strength but to get power ( strength and speed) you need some good HIIT training.

I am most certainly not worried about how fast i can run and those of us in bulking stages are not exactly wanting to lose 9 times more fat. Although, this has its positive attributes it is definitely not a neccessity and where does Power come into HIIT?

im pretty sure dead has power lifting aspirations, but im sure high intensity rugby fitness is top of his priotities list cos with all that gyming its pretty useless if you arent fit. go figure. but this topic is digressing and im sure a moderator will be along to tell us to stop diverting from the thread title pretty soon. @ Hard I know what HIIT is been studying BSC for the past 3 years. Doing HIIT sprints pulling some tires or carrying sandbags is power. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with bulking everyone has their own way they want to be and goals they want to achieve. We do HIIT training for fitness not to lose weight.
