My one friend is on a diet. She lost about 22kg in one month!!! I know she gets some kind of injections by her doctor and appetite pills....

Her daily menu is as follows:
Breakfast: 1 shake
Lunch: 4 provitas + 1 fruit
Supper: 90g meat and 1 cup veggies

Sh!t, isn't this unhealthy to lose so much weight in one month with that excuse for a menu??

What is your opinion on this diet and losing so much weight so fast???

wait till she comes off,then u are gonna see what happens.... 22kgs in 1 month is too much for your body to handle... she is gonna put 95% of the weight back on when she puts another thing in her mouth....

And the thing is, don't you lose more muscle weight than fat? Then your body looks more flab than fab....

The doctor where I live is giving that same diet, It comes with Slender C supplements and he injects them weekly I think. I know a woman who lost 12kg in a month exactlky the diet mentioned above from the DOCTOR:angry: Her hair started falling out in month 2 and she started looking like a zombie. Scary stuff. I advised her to go to DJ for a decent diet. I wonder how doctors get away with such bad practice.

And they sell it for a ton of money. That pisses me off even more. A friend bought a diet (prob that crap diet) and geting the b12 injections for like R1800 or something. Wana punch that doc in the face... ffs

Yes, the first month she paid R2500, thereafter R1500 per month. Thats a rip-off....

thats bad from the doctors, but the people going for these diets as well should look at their health. They never want to do anything, would rather spend money like that and watch 7de laan while getting results.
