Hey Peeps

can any1 advise what i a good sweetner to get? Wanna add this to oats.
Apparenlty Canderal is bad coz it has Aspartame in. Is this true?

The link between aspartame and health issues is not conclusive.

Xylitol is pretty good.

Where can i get that?

You can get it at supermarkets, clicks and dischem have their own brands too

Dischem sells it. they always have specials on it, and the nice thing until we have enough proof if aspartame is bad or not, you can comfortably take xylitol knowing it does not contain aspartame and saccharin.

I would just use it in your breakfast, as I know a few people who have taken it in large servings throughout the day, in everything, finding the runs and cramping. Then again, if I have large amounts of fruit throughout the day, I tend to experience that too.

where did u get stevia jr?and what did u pay for it? is it really as strong as ive heard? something like a small bottle lasts months
