4 weeks till first show pics... will I make it???

Howzit guys... Just wondering if you can give me some critic on my 4 weeks out pics... now on 88kg with 6.7% bf, and my height is 1.85... This is my first show so I am hoping to do Novice over 80 on the 9th of April

yea,dont see why not dude,as long as your last last week is spot on in terms of water dropping,depletion and carb up then there is no reason why not...

Thanx , when would be a good time to start "dropping water" 3 days before show, lets say 1 litre of water on the day before show and perhaps 500ml on show day? Thats what Ive heard , just want to confirm...

Also Ive heard strange things about what to do back stage .... Like eating a chocolate or pizza etc. how accurate is this, I dont want to screw up right before the show you know lol

bro,the last 8 days is gonna make or break u come show day,its not just a case of simply stop drinking water,there is carb and water and sodium minipulation that needs to be done in this last week,carb depletion happens for the first 5 of the 8 days,carb load happens for 3 days before,water and sodium loading also happens this week,also make sure that you are using the right anabolic and anti estrogens leading up to the day so that u have the best conditioning come the day of the show...

Sounds hectic hehe... I had a chat with a guy about soduim and carb manipulation so hopefully he knew what he was talking about lol... I will post my pics a week from show and also on show day then we can see If I did it right and he knew what he was talking about ....

lol... well good luck with that bro,i would make sure u deal with some one who knows what he is doing not sounds like he knows what he is doing...u might end up wasting a whole prep for 1 show....

No, i been competing since 2009. Just been pushing to get my weight up. I wana get beeeeeg.lol. Sometimes hard to keep size and get ripped. Hopefully DJ wil open up that door. he is helping me alot ey.

My ex training partner won that show in 2009. He was novice under 75 and won the overaal...lol
Just be hard enough and all is well.

hey JK, looking great man.
this last bit is going to make or break you so maybe you should contact DJ from the 'contact us' tab for some proper specific guidance. he does charge but at least you'll be sure that you're in the best possible condition when competing so you'll stand a better chance to do well and avoid the risk of doing all this prep for nothing. just a thought. good luck!:)
