Good results bru, agree with DJ you need to work on your lats. Delts and arms look good, should maybe have put more focus on chest. How much did you put on your bench?

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

Thanks guys.

Fully agreed - lats & chest need major work.

Thanks DJ - will incorporate those exercises into my routine.

@ Deadgoat - went up to 110kg but started to feel some discomfort & pain in my wrists & elbows so dropped and stayed at 100kg.

Overall I'm satisfied with the results with regards to sex drive, strength and mass put on.

Still have much to learn though and looking forward to my next course!

Thanks for the comments boys.

Take care.

i get where you are coming from, i have been doing progress photos since the day i started training and still wont show anyone my uh leg "progress" if that's what you can call it ha ha... the photos always come out looking tiny (maybe its a sign that they are :P )

Nice results btw, looks like you thickened out pretty much everywhere, gonna run the same for my first cycle so hope i get the same results :) thanks for sharing!

Also just keep an eye on those nipples, they look like they starting to get a little puffy. No concern now, but don't let it go beyond that.

Hey pump.

Thanks for that bud!

You know the funny thing is, when i look in the mirror i see that they have become somewhat puffy, although there were no accompanying symptoms of itchiness or sensativity?!

Iv got 3 days of clomid therapy and then starting the kessar - which I think should sort things out?

What do you think?

Thanks again man.

Clomid is a very weak SERM, and as much as it acts and an anti estrogen to the ER it acts as an estrogen to other tissue. Your estrogen levels might still be high from the cycle, and clomid is not strong enough, how much you using 100mg?

I would still have run a low dose AI, through the first week of PCT, to make sure estrogen is suppressed enough, remeber if estrogen is high, the Clomid will not be effective, and will not be increasing LH.

Remeber another thing, Clomid has actually been shown to cause breast cancer just like Nolva, so as much as it aids in treatment it has been showing to increase its chances too.

In a few days, you will understand this post better, but for now I can't say anymore :D

Ja Pump - doing 100mg a day (50mg in the am & 50mg in the pm)

To be 100% clear (and sorry to beat this to death) - are you saying that the kessar on its own will not be effective for the puffy nipples during my pct? Do i need to go out and get an ai to run with it?

Thanks.

Well it depends on how much free estrogen you have circulating your body. Nolvadex / Clomid was never intended to block the estrogen levels we can expect from a highly androgenic cycle. As the androgens lower so will chances of elevated estrogen. So if you have waited the correct time to start PCT (as noted in our article section / PCT) then you can comfortably get away with Nolva and Clomid. However if you adding in hCG you are going to probably have to add in an AI if you are sensitive to estrogen, which may be your case.

However, like I said its not noticeable so don't fret, you might find that after your PCT is over, all is leveled out. Just pay special attention in future cycles, to have correct estrogen control
