Calories during time off was created by CHAPEL
Hey all,

This is basically just a thread to get confirmation. The past 10-12 weeks i have been on max-ot and bulking, was great but its time to take a break. In this week off i just eat to maintenance..? drop the extra calories i was taking in for bulking? Just want to make sure, really not in the mood to drop weight in the next 10 days.

Thanks.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.
