Sweet potato 114g = Calories 118 Protein 2 Carbs 28 Fat 0.1 Glysemic 54
Cooked brown rice 180g = Calories 263 Protein 5 Carbs 57 Fat 2 Glysemic 76

From Nutrition Table. Personally I prefer Cooked brown rice, sweet potato starts to get a bit much. It all depends on how your body responds to which better.

ummm koe, sweet potato per 100g is between 16-18g carbs bud,2g protein, so u looking at 80-90 caloires per 100g. to get the same carb content u would need 22g raw weight brown rice to get the same at 100g of sweet potato but brown rice does have a higher fiber content.
