hi
i worked out my own diet and ended up with these totals my calories and protien are 100%...
not to sure bout the rest...?i want to lose fat but not to much muscel is this the diet for it?
please comment on whats not right so i can go back to the drawing board... :whistle:

carbs

fat

fibre
3508 370g 212g 93.5g 21g

yea those macros seem to be in order,remember to place them in the right times which u can learn from dieting 101...

pre and post workout meals sorted as you stated was just wondering if my %'ages was on track?
