Just a little update on the progress I made in the last couple of weeks from 4 weeks out till now... (1 week left) :woohoo:

Constructive criticism plz lol

weight is now 87.80kg with 5.2% bodyfat

I do apologize for the posing trunks hehe

Really well done!!!

If I had any critique it would be that your hamstrings are lagging quite a bit, if you're fairly young and planning on competing for still some time then you grow into your elongated muscles.

But overall, well done!

I'm 23 now and my height is 1.85m

Yup thought my hammies are lagging a bit...

will see how this year goes and then I will really concentrate on the weaker bodyparts...

So u wer in the up to 90 kg class? We wer together in that room wer the girls got dressed first, just before u went up for the night show.
Looked great man. I competed in the classic line-up. My girl came 3rd. Very proud of her.

Congrats to u too man. me and the oke that came 2nd in the classic wer warming up.
