HCG

Hi,

Do anyone know if HCG can be used for dieting(mostly for women) and if a premix is still useful? From what I can recall, you can't mix it and sore it since it breaks down. This product you drink a few drops a day.

ey? no dude, you inject hCG you don't drink it and no I don't see it being great for diet as it will raise estrogen so that doesn't make sense as you will have fat store

There is a diet based on HCG - just google it. But you take in so few calories its basically a starvation diet. My wife tried it and couldnt stay on for long.

Jip, I know about the 500 Cals. And yes, in BB we inject it, but I don't believe everything I read on the Internet, especially if it is also sold by the same people publishing the article. With 500 Cals, you will lose weight since women most probably needs 1200 to 1500 cals to sustain normal functions and activities.

True, I also just don't like the idea of the spiked estrogen and whats worse imagine your women falls pregnant on this ? You could land up with triplets ? sheesh like...

It's a stupid and dangerous diet. There is a lot about it on the net and it's ridiculous.

It's aimed at fat housewives who are too lazy or too stupid to work out and plan a diet properly.

500 calories a day is insane, and the eventual rebound from that must be horrific.

And even worse, imagine she is only a girlfriend…..with triplets.
