Note: Diet is in check and training is MAX-OT.
first of all, is it beneficial to use clen when doing a lean bulking cycle without the use of any other chemicals?
secondly, will clen reduce catabolism with these circumstnaces or promote or, I so desperately hope, promote anabolism to the smallest degree.
thirdly, what dose should an 18 year old at 82 kg's be taking.
just looking to burn some fat that I gained on my one week break from gym which was, unfortunately, a holiday to the grandparents in london who eat dessert with every meal (let myself go).
sooo, all advice is more than welcome.
even criticism such as, "don't do clen, just do cardio and have a good diet" just tell me why and how if this is your choice :D

what is your BF%
and a description of your current diet. so many people say there diet is good but when you scratch a little deeper it is actually not so great!

If you are just looking to get rid of some holiday blubber then I think your proposed crit will apply. Rather see what you can achieve the natural and healthy way first and if you are still having trouble with some excess fat after this then maybe opt for the clen. You are still very young so your metabolism is still probably super-quick and you can achieve rapid fat loss in a short amount of time given that you are not a typical endomorph.

Clen can be used on it's own or in combination with a lean bulk/cutting cycle. It will prevent catabolism and it is known to have seroid-like properties but I doubt you will experience any anabolic effects.

aside from losing the holiday blubber I wouldn't mind to be as ripped as the guys in 300 :p
haha.
so getting ripped is something I would like to achieve at some point but I am really enjoying my strength and size gains at the moment and all my joburg mates who are down for the holidays have noticed and want some of my "steroids". pffhaha.
so what I want to do is slowly but surely cut fat down to 8% or so. I am probably around 11-12% right now although I have not taken recent measurements.
I have a great price on the clen so I just want to make sure of one question. will clen be catabolic? (I have read this on other sites)

ok. here is my diet guys.

Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 2 full eggs + 1 cup oats + 30 grams whey protein
Meal 2: 200 grams chicken + 50 grams almonds
Meal 3 : 200 grams chicken + 50 grams almonds
Meal 4(pwo): 1 cup oats + 60 grams whey protein
Meal 5(pwo): 60 grams whey + 60 grams dextrose or 500ml coke(is coke an acceptable pwo carb?)
Meal 6: 350 grams steak or chicken or fish + 1 tablespoon peanut butter + vegetables
Meal 7: 60 grams whey protein + 1 tablespoon peanut butter

it's not perfect but it's yielded some incredible results.
my squat is at 155 kg's.
my height is 178cm.
my weight is 85.
my bf% is around 11 or 12 percent.
I would love to get shredded while still building muscle.
because of the holidays my diet is a bit hard to follow and when I feel I haven't eaten enough I substitute in junk food. it's stupid. I know.
a week and a half ago I had my first ice cream since the middle of last year.
I am strict and focused but decided that a bit of fat gain was not the end of the world.
I'd like to be shredded but my goal is building muscle so I am prepared to lose fat slowly... unless clen is a good idea.
I'd be looking at 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
what are your guys' experiences with clen.
hope I haven't spoken to much rubbish and you can take the good stuff outta this and give me some nice advice. :)

i woulnt use coke,dextrose or glucose is fine... 350g of steak is alot for 1 meal, cut back to about 200-250g...clen would be a waste....

I have followed you around this site for a while now and I respect your knowledge greatly.

Most the guys in 300 had cgi abs...disapointing i know. I always use to say *one day i will do that!* damn cgi.
Only the main character had real abs me thinks.

Looks great. With adding DJ's advice i agree fully. ur too young for the clen thing. Its a waste. It will just give u shakes and not burn any more than the diet and cardio will.
U run it 2 days on and 1 day off. Test tolerance at 1 tab in morning and then later 1 in the afternoon added. Depending on 40mcg or 20mcg per tab.

But, not needed.
The most beneficial would be the anti catabolic effect. But with all the protein ur taking in , this aint needed.
