Can someone please explain to me the different effects the above have in your body regarding fat gains or especially when one is trying too loose a couple of kg. I know the story about simple carbs etc, actually, I just want to know- if I can like to eat a worsie or a droe worsie, will the fat in it make me fat, or does fat make fat, or is it just cholesterol that clogs your veins?
And can someone tell me if there is any carbs in meat fat like a rump or T-bone?
I deprive myself mostly out of fats, but sometimes feel like I have a craving for fatty meats like pork ribs or 'n lekker skaap tjoppie- but after only a small piece I will get disgusted by the fat. :sick:
And then the chicken skin.... is it only fat or does it have a bit of carbs? And why is the chicken skin bad for you?
