Calories on Non Training Days was created by Mr_SA
Something i been wondering for a while..
When we eat for training days... are we eating to make the muscle grow that we train that day or are we eating to assist the muscle growing from the previous day.

EG: When you finish your last training day for the week, the next day would be a non training day, and on non training days we normally reduct calories, but would that not hamper the muscle growth from the training the day before? Would the body still not need maximum nutrients the day after the last training day?

Hoping this makes sense here.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Well lets put it this way, you only getting in less calories that would be burnt out during your workout. So no, as long as the diet is structured correctly, then it wouldn't be a problem... If one doesn't understand enough about diets and our bodies, then yes that can become a problem if you do not do the adjustment properly..
