Most accurate way of measuring body fat% was created by VonD

i read that Hydrodensitometry Weighing (Underwater Weighing)and DEXA (Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) is the most accurate have any one of you ever tried it???sorry posted in wrong section damm computer doin as it pleases>>>
