I am currently competing in a weeks time, and i HATE my egg white and oats, can anybody tell me if i can replace this with Future Life so close to contest??? the stuff is so tasty and fuels me up. i can eat it for supper and lunch if i had a choice, its low GI and has a lot of nutritional ingredients in

Is there any professional person that can tell me the reasons why i can or cannot use Future Life while prepping.

I recognise you from the novice, looking very good. I use future life everyday as a MRP while off season, never really considered it during contest prep. Wait around for DJ, he's the diet and prep guru, and I happen to know he took a liking to you on stage ;) haha

Um, but im scared of needles...

personally thought u should've placed third. number 3 should've placed 4th and th girl who placed 3rd 2nd.back to the question at hand, what u have to realise is that furture life and pronutro were designed in the first place for under nourished black kids in the middle of africa,it then became a breakfast cereal,to much soy in it is my personal opinion, if u are sick of oats why not try mealie meal or even switch your egg whites and oats for potato and egg whites?what does the rest of the diet look like?

Thankyou DJ, was quite happy with my placing, was not expecting to come anywhere. but if u think i should have placed 3rd, even better :) mealie meal i can live on...i heard it was fattening?? and oats and egg are basically the best to eat for brekfast.....

i eat 6 meals a day, from chicken, to fish and greens, pineapple slices. steak, biltong

I don't see it being a problem for contest prep, however I don't see it being a health approach at all, as DJ said way to much soy. Having it one or two days a week if you having a problem with oats might be an answer, or have you tried to toast your oats, take a baking tray put your oats in the tray and then put it in the oven after its done take it out and include things like nuts and maybe a few raisins to add some taste, very nice, then all you do is add a touch of milk to soften it.

chick what u gotta realise is the only way u will get fat now is if you over eat,you are dieting, doing cardio, training hard so i dont see why u would gain fat using mealie meal,if u were having half a cup raw oats(+/- 50g) and u use 40g of mealie meal u actually take in less calories with the mealie meal as there is far less fat in mealie meal than oats, carb content of 50g oats and 40g mealie meal is the same, its the fat content that makes mealie meal less calories...

i take it you are doing east coast classic next, the only thing that i found was a little bit of your down fall, not because of you personally,it was just because the chick who placed first and 3rd where just a lot leaner than u was your glutes, little bit soft,if u get hold of some yohimbine capsules that will help with lower body fat....

i can openly admit this, spike will pay testament to this as he was sitting next to me but u defiantly caught my eyes more than once over the other girls, just could stare to hard as the fiancée was sitting next to me,its just a pity the line up was so tough, girl who placed 2nd really jsut didn't do it for me,Jetamine and Charlz where very lean and not to hard,u were leaner than 2nd place but like i said going up against those 2 girls was HARD!!!

DJ, you stated that the product is high in soy, do you know how much of soy it contains? even though it does contain soy, is it still bad to have for breakfast considering the other vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats that it contains per serving?

look at the ingrediants list, when dealing with a product they list the highest concetration first so ie wheat will be first as it is mostly wheat based then soy etc...the protein source for this product is soy.

i would still use whole foods for meals, potatos and oats for breakfast,if it comes out the ground its good to go stay away from manufactured carbs as they are usually high in sugars and not really low in gi.

i know jetaime and charlz, i think jetaime should stick to fitness bikini, and charlz should work on getting more definition with some bulk, as she is skinny with slight muscle which i dont find appealing! Jetaime has a drop dead gorgeous body! wow! her glutes are so sexy!!! id eat off them

Jetaime needs to work on her shoulders, she isn't wide enough on top,its a weak point against girls like tammy jackson, apparently at the east coast classic and the natals, she dropped lip and threw a shit fit when she didn't win.that just shows a shocking show of sportsmanship.if u aren't good enough to win, take it and work forward, don't throw your toys out the cot.

how can Jenna lithgow win over jetaime??? That east coast classic show was a joke! Lol, that was bad!!!! there were far better built girls on that stage! I personally dont like tammy jackson! Dont think she has the face of fitness. Just my opinion. Her legs are too v shaped. Jetaime has good shape! Yeah, maybe she can build a bit more shoulder...lol, but thats minor tweaking :) what are your thoughts on Jenna limmerick?

jenna lithgow for beach bikini is excellent,so is melissa olivier. tammy is excellent, she is very very good, hence the reason she is unbeaten at sa levels for 2 years, Jenna limmerick is good if she comes in lean, this year she came in alot better than last year but still not as good as her first year competing... she has potential to do so well if she doesnt go to wild in the off season. she will be doing all the ifbb shows next year so i think she is in for a good chance to win.

i dont believe jetaime is that good. she has a good lower body but i wish some one would staple that fucking fringe to the side of her head and not covering half her face. another girl who is excellent is Gina Mizonni...my goodness she is top class.from ballito.

I STILL dont agree, some of those girls in bikini are tiny built chicks, that have tiny bits of definition! i dunno, if you are doing BODY BUILDING shows, win because youve worked for it, not because you were born small. I prefer fitness! I like seeing bulk with muscle... not just a toned bag of bones ;p
