Hi there, saw an add on the tellie last night about chicken in a can, almost like tuna, anyone seen or tried it?

I've tried it.. Comes exactly like tuna. All i remember is reading the label and saying i'll stick to cooking fillets.. Although it is very convenient.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

u got a can to try, will check it out tomorrow. But the smoked one has 18g of protein and 0.8g of fat with 0g carb, Looks pretty good!

I actually have 3 cans sitting in my fridge - havent got up the courage to eat some yet. Chicken in a can just doesnt seem right!

150g can
22g protein
9g carbs
11g fat

Sodium 720mg

903kj

Convenient last choice snack.

I think it's kinda expensive as well, so you rather get normal fillets for that price

Was something like R18 a can, which is expensive for what it is. Would rather just buy some biltong than chicken in a can. Must inform the wife!
